UgCS 5.11 Is Here: Cloud Sync, Small Drone Support, and Better Mapping Tools

UgCS: Flight Planning & Control
July 1, 2025

This release introduces UgCS Cloud, support for small drones like the DJI Mini series, and a new way to work with multiple map overlays. Whether you're planning corridor scans or quick jobs with a Mini 4 Pro, 5.11 makes things easier and faster.

Sync Missions Instantly with UgCS Cloud

UgCS Cloud lets you send routes directly from your desktop to your DJI remote controller using DJI Pilot 2. It’s fast, reliable, and cuts out manual steps that slow teams down.

Fly Missions with DJI Mini-Series and More via Litchi

Need to fly with smaller drones like the Mini 4 Pro, Air 2S, or even the Spark?

With UgCS 5.11, you can now export your mission plans to Litchi Mission Hub, allowing you to fly preplanned routes using the Litchi mobile app. It’s a great option when you want to keep things light, affordable, or when larger drones aren't an option.

See More with Multiple Map Overlays

Complex sites often come with layers of infrastructure, boundaries, and hazards. UgCS 5.11 now lets you add multiple map overlays at once, giving you more context for mission planning—without clutter or compromise.

Perfect for utility inspections, environmental mapping, and anything that needs clear reference visuals in the planning phase.

Built for Pros

UgCS remains the go-to tool for mission planning across platforms. UgCS runs locally, works fully offline, and gives you full control over every parameter—from gimbal pitch to terrain following.
