FAQs

Is the event really free?

Yes. Attendance, both lunches and the networking dinner are free. Pre-registration is required, and places are limited, so every application is reviewed individually.

Do I need to book a hotel?

Once your registration is approved, reserve a room at Nádas Tó Park Hotel, ideally within 7 days. Your place is confirmed when we receive your hotel booking.

What exactly does SPH Engineering cover?

Both business lunches and the networking dinner (with drinks) are covered for every attendee. Speakers, media, and Award winners also receive return flights and two nights' accommodation. Room and bar drinks outside the dinner and the city tourist tax (HUF500/person/night) are paid by you.

How do I get to the venue?

The Nádas Tó Park Hotel is at Monori út 100, Vasad, about 15 minutes from Budapest Airport. Parking is available, and detailed transfer and arrival information is shared before the event.

Can I arrive earlier or bring my family?

Absolutely, subject to room availability and a prior booking. It's a comfortable resort by the lake, so extending your stay through the weekend or bringing family works well.

The demos are outdoors, what should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, a jacket for the field, business cards and a laptop. Timings may shift slightly with on-site weather.
