Drone Magnetometry at Scale: Smoother Flights, Cleaner Data with UgCS
March 5, 2026

Magnetometers are sensitive to flight behavior. Abrupt heading changes at line endings, inconsistent AGL over rough terrain, speed variations through turns. All of it shows up in your data as noise you then spend hours cleaning out in post-processing, or don’t clean out at all.

Upcoming UgCS feature addresses this at the planning stage, where it should be solved.

We’ll show you trajectory smoothing, Smart AGL for consistent altitude over complex terrain, and large-area survey planning built for magnetometry operations. Then we’ll walk through real case studies from field deployments. Everything live in UgCS, not a slide deck.
