ATLAS Update | Elevation profiles & Sensor data visualization

Data Processing & Custom Development
July 12, 2021

The new release of ATLAS is tailored for those engaged in earthworks and in need to control methane leaks.

The combination of the two new capabilities - cross section elevation analysis and visualisation of methane detections on a map-proves specifically useful for landfill management tasks.

Slice & Analyze: New cross section elevation profile tool

Cross section is a tool for the measurement of earthwork volumes and elevation along the line. ATLAS allows combining elevations from several surveys on a single plot and thus tracking the progress. The generated cross-section analysis data can be exported to DXF.

Visualize sensor data on the map

Equip your team with the actionable data by visualizing sensor measurements right on the orthomosaics. Visualize CSV files with methane data, latitude, longitude, and other values.

ATLAS supports various coloring schemas so that you can flexibly configure the appearance of your data. Map values to pseudo colors and display either color gradient or values grouped in several intervals.

In the video "Visualize sensor data on the map" it is displayed how ATLAS visualizes the methane detections from Falcon Laser Detector recorded by UgCS SkyHub and imported as a CSV file. With the new feature, ATLAS not only keeps all the survey data in one place but also visualises them on one map, thus boosting your teamwork and collaboration.
