Product Manager

SPH Engineering builds professional drone solutions used in 150+ countries. This role supports our Drone Show Technologies line: UAV payload integrations for geophysical, hydrographic, and industrial applications.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and grow our products for the drone show market: Drone Show Creator and DSS Lite. You’ll drive roadmap, discovery, and delivery together with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Drone Show Creator & DSS Lite in alignment with overall product strategy.
Analyse user behaviour and funnels (sign-ups, activation, conversion, retention) and turn insights into initiatives.
Run discovery: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor research.
Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritise the backlog.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features on time and with quality.
Lead user acceptance and other product testing to ensure high quality and reliability.
Define and track product KPIs; run experiments (A/B tests, pricing/onboarding changes, etc.) and iterate.
Coordinate releases with marketing, sales, and support; prepare release notes and internal briefings.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

2–3 years of experience in product management for desktop products.
Proven track record of shipping features or products end-to-end.
Strong analytical skills; confident with product analytics tools and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable making trade-offs under constraints.

Would Be a Big Advantage

Experience with self-service / freemium products or SMB/creator tools.
Interest in drones, 3D, animation, or event / entertainment tech.
