Sales Development Representative

SPH Engineering is a multiproduct drone software company and a global provider of Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) integration services. Founded in 2013 in Latvia (EU), we’ve grown from a flight planning startup to a trusted partner with customers and resellers in over 150 countries.

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our international sales team. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, helping us qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team.

You'll play a key role in growing our presence in international markets, primarily in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and chat to qualify prospects, mainly in the US, Canada, and Europe;
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities;
  • Create significant outbound activity via targeted cold-calling and emailing;
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team;
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create an effective strategy for nurturing leads;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and lead reports;
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, customer service, or telemarketing role in the drone, survey equipment, or tech/SaaS sectors;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly in English (C1+ level);
  • Proven outbound sales experience with a "hunter" mindset: ICP identification, research and sourcing of prospects, discovery calls, etc.;
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management, and lead generation tools;
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer pain points;
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend effective solutions;
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Experience in mining, construction, geophysical, or hydrographical industries;
  • Proficiency in French and/or German.
