B2B Sales Manager

SPH Engineering is looking for an ambitious person B2B Sales Manager to be part of our growing sales team. The particular position will focus on sales of our product portfolio, which include:

  • UgCS - mission planning and flight control software technology
  • UgCS Integrated Systems - airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers (GPR, Methane detection, Mag and Bathymetric surveys)
  • Drone Show Software - a technology to manage drone swarm flights
  • Consulting&Development - knowledge-based services to implement, integrate and develop technologies for the drone industry.


  • Prepare and execute sales strategy to promote and sell SPH Engineering product(s)
  • Identify Markets and Customer groups where to promote and sell SPH Engineering`s product(s)
  • Plan and carry out active sales activities in identified markets from lead generation to closing a deal and post-sales activities.
  • Worldwide. Primary markets: North America, Europe and Asia
  • Act as a mediator between the tech team and customers
  • Work close with Marketing team and contribute ideas, participate in activities
  • Participation in exhibitions when & where necessary
  • Compliance with internal sales & company processes, work with internal systems (CRM etc.)


  • Experience in international wordlwide sales, preferably hi-tech products, IT software development services or similar industry
  • Fluent in English, other languages are considered as an advantage
  • Able to plan own work, necessary resources, activities and budgets to successfully carry out sales strategy
  • Lead generation and "hunter" mentality, proactive
  • Customer development, Market identification, Product value proposition
  • Success motivated person
  • Self-managing and independent personality.

Additional skills and experience which will be considered as an advantage:

  • CAA issued drone pilot license, drone piloting skills (if not - part of onboarding)
  • Engineering mind/understanding
