B2B Sales Manager

SPH Engineering is looking for an ambitious person B2B Sales Manager to be part of our growing sales team. The particular position will focus on sales of our product portfolio, which include:

  • UgCS - mission planning and flight control software technology
  • UgCS Integrated Systems - airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers
  • Drone Show Technology - a technology to manage drone swarm flights
  • Consulting&Development - knowledge-based services to implement, integrate and develop technologies for the drone industry

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute sales strategy to promote and sell SPH Engineering products;
  • Identify markets and customer groups where to promote and sell SPH Engineering`s products;
  • Plan and carry out active sales activities in identified markets from lead generation to closing a deal and post-sales activities;
  • Act as a mediator between our tech team and customers;
  • Compliance with internal sales and the company processes, work with internal systems (CRM etc.).

We work worldwide, with primary markets in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

  • Experience in international worldwide sales, preferably of hi-tech products and IT software development services, is mandatory;
  • Lead generation and a "hunter" mentality;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics;
  • Able to plan own work, necessary resources, activities, and budgets to successfully carry out sales strategy; self-managing and independent personality;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Additional skills and experience considered an advantage:

  • Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage, particularly Spanish;
  • CAA-issued drone pilot license and drone piloting skills (if not, it will be part of onboarding);
  • Engineering mind/understanding.
