HR Director

SPH Engineering is looking for an HR Director, who will be responsible for driving and developing the company's HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. The HR Director will play a key role in building a solid corporate culture, managing organizational development, enhancing HR processes, and designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the
    Company’s overall objectives;
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s corporate culture Initiatives;
  • Oversee and manage the company’s organizational development activities;
  • Ensure the company’s HR processes are efficient and effective;
  • Design and implement effective learning and development programs for employees;
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address key HR issues and challenges;
  • Manage and oversee the HR team, including recruitment, training, and development;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technological company;
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, employment laws and regulations, and HR software systems;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and team members;
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of HR professionals.
