Expert in drone-based solutions for UXO Search

SPH Engineering has been creating solutions for drone-based UXO search for the last several years, and now dozens of customers worldwide use our airborne magnetometry for UXO search. We want to take this product line to the next level and are looking for an experienced leader to help us grow our business in this market.

Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership and accountability over customer revenue in the UXO Search market;
  • Creating and driving growth strategy in the market, including solutions portfolio, go-to-market, and customer acquisition strategies;
  • Driving collaboration with Product and Technology teams to adapt existing portfolios to new business opportunities;
  • Identifying and recruiting new partners, suppliers, and vendors to expand our offering to customers;
  • Supporting the Sales team on complex sales by providing domain expertise, training, and in-depth knowledge of products and solutions portfolios;
  • Together with the Marketing team, planning and executing marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and develop existing ones.

Requirements

  • At least five years of prior military explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) or commercial UXO experience;
  • Deep understanding of unexploded ordnance search and demining operations and equipment, legal regulations, and key players in the market;
  • Graduate of a qualified explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) school;
  • Knowledge of language of countries with significant UXO contamination is a big plus;
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience;
  • Practical interpersonal skills and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization;
  • Highly attentive to detail and organization, strong business acumen;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
  • Full professional proficiency in English;
  • Readiness to business trips.
