SPH Engineering is looking for an experienced Channel Partnership Manager who will help us expand our presence and market share across geographies and industries through the creation of a sustainable partner network.
Responsibilities
Creating and driving overall channel account strategy, complete ownership and accountability over the function;
Identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners to support business goals and execute channel sales strategies;
Managing the business performance of partners and map partner capabilities and priorities with business goals and strategies to work towards strategic objectives.
Conducting regular business reviews with key partners and leadership.
Driving partner value propositions into Sales teams and supporting the Sales team on complex agreements when needed.
Helping partners grow their practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services.
Developing and providing training, sales decks, and other custom materials to partners to help them scale our joint business.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the role of channel partnership manager/head of partnerships in a large company (preferably, IT services providers, software and hardware vendors)
Global and commercial mindset;
Experience in building scalable partners management team and processes to support the business growth
Effective interpersonal skills and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization.
Work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also effectively working as a part of a team
Strong analytical aptitude and ability to understand and relate to the engineering mindset;
Highly attentive to detail and organization;
Readiness to business trips;
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
Full professional proficiency in English;
Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA degree would be beneficial.
