B2B Marketing Manager

Latvia (preferably) / EU

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager with experience in marketing IT and high technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services to our target customers.


• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that support the company's goals and objectives;

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats to the company's business;

• Manage and execute lead generation campaigns and programs, including email, social media, webinars, and events;

• Work with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with the company's messaging and brand identity;

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly;

• Collaborate with sales teams to align on goals, provide support and enablement materials, and track the success of campaigns;

• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support the execution of campaigns and events.


• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on IT and high technology solutions marketing;

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs;

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools;

• Experience with marketing tools such as account-based marketing (ABM), search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

• Understanding of the buyers journey and the different stakeholders involved in the decision-making process for purchasing technology solutions in the mining, construction, or energy industries, as well as experience with content creation, including whitepapers, case studies, and customer success stories, that resonate with the target audience in these industries, would be a huge plus;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
